General Information
We strive to ship your order within 24 hours of receipt. All orders received before 1pm on a normal working day should be dispatched within 24 hours.
Our warehouse is closed Weekends and Bank Holidays. Please note that orders will be sent to the address provided at checkout. It is up to the customer to ensure that this is a secure address. Please ensure you provide a phone number in case the postal operative needs to make alternative delivery arrangements. Delivery date posted on the website is approximate and is not guaranteed.
During certain busy periods such as Black Friday, sale and specific promotions, your delivery may take a little longer to reach you.
An email is sent with every order when shipped with tracking details. If you have an issue with your delivery please contact our customer support team within a maximum of seven days, quoting your tracking number in order for us to manage your delivery issue effectively.

Returns:
If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or store credit.

Return Requirements:
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that return is recieved.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the replacement item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
